FEUSA Issue Briefs

In collaboration with Kozusko Harris Duncan law firm and CliftonLarsenAllen LLP, FEUSA published two new Issue Briefs that discuss proposed reform to the estate tax and income tax and their impact on the family firm. Both will be released at FEUSA's annual meeting in Washington, D.C., May 6-8, 2013 and shared with legislators on Capitol Hill.

Released May 2012

Family Enterprise USA compiled and released its first two Issue Briefs in May 2012: Business Structure and Its Impact on the Tax Liability of Family Firms and What's Ahead for Family Firms and the Estate Tax?.

Both were shared at the FEUSA annual meeting in Washington, D.C. and discussed extensively by attending FEUSA members, Board and contributors.
